What we're building

The future of credit union data

We're developing purpose-built tools for the credit union industry — and here's what they look like in practice.

Corelucent is a new CUSO, and we're honest about that. We don't have a long list of completed client engagements yet — but we do have something most consultants don't: years of experience working inside a credit union, building with these exact tools, on these exact problems. Here's what we're building and what it looks like when deployed.

A CRM that lives inside Keystone — powered by Fabric

The challenge

Credit union staff switch between Keystone and separate CRM tools dozens of times a day, losing context and missing opportunities to act on member data in the moment. Most CRM platforms weren't built with the credit union data model in mind.

What we did

We're building a Microsoft Fabric-powered CRM application that embeds directly into the Corelation Keystone interface. Member relationship data, interaction history, and AI-driven next-best-action recommendations surface right where staff are already working — no tab switching required.

"The tools credit unions need shouldn't require leaving the system they live in every day."

Automated 5300 call reports and NCUA filings

The challenge

Preparing the NCUA 5300 call report is one of the most time-consuming recurring tasks in a credit union's finance department. Teams spend days pulling data from multiple systems, reconciling figures, and manually populating forms — work that is largely automatable.

What we did

We're building a Fabric-based pipeline that ingests data from your core system and connected platforms, maps it to the 5300 schema automatically, and generates a review-ready report. The same pipeline produces board-ready dashboards and NCUA filing packages — turning a multi-day process into a same-day one.

"Regulatory reporting shouldn't consume your best analysts. It should run itself."

What Microsoft Fabric looks like for a credit union like yours

The challenge

A typical credit union has data spread across its core system, loan origination platform, online banking, and a collection of spreadsheets. Finance teams spend more time consolidating data than analyzing it — and leadership makes decisions based on reports that are days or weeks old.

What we did

Microsoft Fabric unifies all of those data sources into a single governed lakehouse. Automated pipelines replace manual consolidation. Power BI dashboards give leadership real-time visibility into member growth, loan performance, liquidity, and operational KPIs — all from a single source of truth.

"When your data works together, your team can too."
